Great Park Framework Plan Improvements 

Sukut Construction is performing underground utility and roadway improvements for a new loop road within the Irvine Great Park development. The project includes installation of more than 18,000 linear feet of storm drain pipe, nearly 9,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipeline, and over 24,000 linear feet of domestic and recycled water infrastructure to support future development within the area.

In addition to the utility work, Sukut is constructing more than 10,000 linear feet of joint-trench dry utilities, placing over 50,000 tons of aggregate base and 12,000 tons of asphalt pavement, and installing nearly 28,000 linear feet of curb and gutter. The scope also includes street lighting, signage, striping, and other roadway improvements that will create a fully functional transportation corridor within the Great Park.
