Description of Project:
The project included the excavation of 1.4 million cubic yards of soil needed to construct a new cell for Waste Management. The scope of work also called out for underdrain and LCRS installation of about 10,000 linear feet of HDPE pipe, along with a four-layer cell system. The four layers consisted of the following materials: gravel layer, earth fill layer, low permeability layer, and protective soil cover layer.
