Matt Williams Vice President, Northern California

As vice president of Sukut’s Northern California operations, Matt is responsible for building strong relationships with public and private clients, developing strategic growth initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities across the region. He also plays a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and advancing the next generation of leaders within the company.

Matt began his career at Sukut in 2012 as an intern in the take-off department. He quickly transitioned into field operations as a field engineer, later advancing to project engineer, project manager, and Northern California area manager before assuming his current leadership role. With over 13 years of industry experience, Matt brings deep operational knowledge and a passion for team development to every project.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach. Outside of work, Matt enjoys mountain biking, camping, and hiking with his wife, young daughter, and two dogs.
