El Sobrante LF Phase C 1 Partial Final Closure Project

This project for Waste Management consisted of approximately 1.5 million cubic yards of excavation for a new cell expansion and a 31 AC landfill closure which included working in and around the existing landfill gas system and the installation of miscellaneous drainage structures to protect the site.
