Ryan Fouse Vice President, Sukut Equipment

As vice president of Sukut Equipment, Ryan oversees the company’s equipment operations, managing the acquisition, maintenance, and deployment of one of Southern California’s largest earthmoving rental fleets. The fleet includes hundreds of heavy Caterpillar machines such as scrapers, bulldozers, excavators, and rock trucks - critical assets that support Sukut’s heavy civil construction projects.

Ryan began his career with Sukut Equipment in 2005 as an apprentice mechanic. Over the years, he progressed through increasingly technical and managerial roles, including GPS mechanic, emissions compliance, equipment manager, and general manager. His deep field experience, technical knowledge, and solutions-focused mindset have been key to advancing Sukut’s fleet capabilities and ensuring compliance with evolving emissions regulations.

Ryan is an active member of the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Industry Air Quality Coalition, where he contributes to industry-wide initiatives on air quality and equipment standards.

When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and son, pursuing memorable camping trips and family adventures.
