Jennifer (Jen) Hill Human Resources Director

As director of human resources at Sukut Construction, Jen serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the senior leadership team. She plays a critical role in advancing the company’s long-range talent strategies by leading initiatives across core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, training and development, recruitment, and compliance.

Throughout her career, Jen has championed a human-centered approach that enhances employee engagement and supports organizational growth. She is known for her practical judgment, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in trust, transparency, and operational excellence.

Jen has held HR leadership roles in the aerospace, healthcare, and industrial and commercial door sectors, where she partnered with executive teams to align people strategies with business goals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership from Lipscomb University and is a certified SHRM-CP professional through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and friends. Her personal interests include skiing, hiking, traveling, and constructing cookie creations.
