Burbank Landfill No.3 – Phase IIIA Side Slope Liner Expansion

Sukut Construction is executing the site development and complex containment infrastructure for a 2.5-acre landfill cell expansion. Tasked with navigating steep side-slope topography, the team is performing 110,000 square feet of subgrade preparation and placing 800 cubic yards of low-permeability material. To guarantee absolute environmental compliance and containment integrity, Sukut is installing a multi-layered composite liner and a high-efficiency leachate collection and removal system (LCRS), deploying over 240,000 square feet of specialized geosynthetics and geomembranes.
