SANTA ANA, Calif. – Sukut Construction, a nationally recognized leader in heavy civil construction, is proud to announce a series of promotions and appointments to vice president roles across several of its core operational markets. Jorge Becerra has been promoted to vice president of environmental, John Peña to vice president of public works, and Kimmy Phipps to vice president of private works. Additionally, Lawrence Damore has been appointed vice president of alternative delivery, Ryan Prokop has been promoted to vice president of energy, Matt Williams to vice president of Northern California operations, and Ryan Fouse to vice president of Sukut Equipment.
