Sukut is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information you share with us. Sukut has established this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we may collect from you on the Site and how we may use and share that information. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect on the Site and does not apply to information which we may collect by other means.
Personal Information
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT: Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home or other physical address, a phone number or an e-mail address. In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. However, in order to access certain information, services or features that may be contained on the Site, we may require you to provide Personal Information. For example, we will collect certain Personal Information if you send questions or comments to us via email.
We may also use Personal Information to consider your application for employment if you provide us with resumes or other job application materials. You hereby agree that any resumes, applications or other employment related materials you submit may be used by us or our affiliated entities in any manner that we, at our sole discretion, deem necessary to facilitate consideration of these materials, subject to applicable laws.
We also maintain archives of our web logs, database, and other systems and information. Please note that it is possible some of this information may remain archived after we delete the information from our active database. Sukut maintains archives for disaster recovery, legal and other non-marketing purposes.
We may also collect certain demographic information (such as gender or age) and information about your interests and preferences (“preferences information”). In many cases, such demographic and preferences information (besides age) is optional. If we ever use any demographic or preferences information together with any Personal Information, then such demographic and preferences information will be treated as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.
We may sometimes receive information about you from our business partners, outside websites or other third parties. We may combine Personal Information that you provide to us on the Site with such information from third parties. Our online use of such information from third parties will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
HOW WE MAY USE YOUR INFORMATION: If you provide us with Personal Information, we may retain and use that information for several purposes. For example, we may use your Personal Information to fulfill your specific request, such as sending you information, responding to your questions. We may also use Personal Information to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable law.
WITH WHOM WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION: We may sometimes use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as maintaining the Site and our mailing lists, sending postal mail (if necessary) and providing marketing assistance and data analysis. We may provide Personal Information to those businesses when that information is necessary for them to perform their duties. Sukut will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect Personal Information on Sukut’s behalf.
Sukut fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities, and may in its sole discretion disclose Personal Information or other information to satisfy any law, regulation, subpoena, or government request, or in connection with litigation. Sukut reserves the right to release Personal Information or other information about users who we believe are engaged in illegal activities or are otherwise in violation of our Site Terms and Conditions, even without a subpoena, warrant or court order, if we believe in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site, or to protect the rights or property of Sukut, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors. Sukut also reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities we reasonably believe in our sole discretion to be unlawful.
AGGREGATE INFORMATION: From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on. We collect this information through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies, which are discussed in greater detail below. We collect this information in order to determine which areas of the Site are most popular and to enhance the Site for visitors. We may group this information into aggregate visitor data in order to describe the use of the Site and interest in the Site activities to our existing or potential business partners, sponsors, advertisers or other third parties, or in response to a government request. We may also group demographic and preferences information that we collect from visitors into aggregate data for the same purposes. However, please be assured that this aggregate data will in no way personally identify you or any other visitors to the Site.
COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES: Sukut.com sends a "cookie" to your computer that contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. We use this cookie to provide you with a continuous experience, and for us to record how our service is being used.
As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page. A log entry can contain information typically found in the "header" of your web browser's request such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We may also log your cookie's identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our service.
You may occasionally get cookies from advertisers, or other third parties with links on the Site. We do not control these cookies. The use of advertising cookies sent by third-party servers is standard in the Internet industry.
Except for personalizing your experience when you visit the Site, it is not our practice to link the information we record using cookies or other tracking technologies to any Personal Information you submit while on the Site. However, we reserve the right to use cookies, IP addresses and other tracking technologies to identify a visitor only when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site’s policies, to protect the Site, our customers or others, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
The Site may also use a technology called "tracer tags". These may also be referred to as "Clear GIFs" or "Web Beacons". This technology allows us to understand which pages you visit on the Site. These tracer tags are used to help us optimize and tailor the Site for you and other Site visitors.
Pop-up blockers or stoppers prevent extra pop-up windows (usually advertisements) from opening in your browser. Pop-up blocking software often has negative effects on other "good" software. If you disable JavaScript pop-up ad windows, you may also disable other website functionality that uses JavaScript. If you're using a pop-up blocker that allows you to manage a list of "pop-up friendly" sites, please refer to your Help files and add the URL of this Site to your approved list to ensure maximum functionality at the Site.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES; PUBLIC VENUES: Please be aware that when you are on the Site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. These other sites may send their own cookies to visitors, collect data or solicit Personal Information. The privacy policies of these other sites may be significantly different from this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites and cannot guarantee the security of any of your Personal Information collected there.
SECURITY: We intend to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. When you submit Personal Information from your PC to our servers, your information is protected behind a “firewall” (a combination of computer hardware and software that helps keep unauthorized individuals from accessing information within our computer network). Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

If you choose to visit these third party sites, be aware that the third party sites, not Sukut, govern such sites' privacy practices and terms of use. Sukut is not responsible for the content or does Sukut make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of the content available on such sites and that the use of any information on such third party sites shall be at the risk of the user. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY: The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Sukut reserves the right to revise these Privacy Policy at any time, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure compliance and review any revisions to the Privacy Policy. Changes are made by changing the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
GOVERNING LAW: The laws of the State of California, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to the Website or to the materials on it. Any cause of action that may arise due to the use or lack thereof shall be commenced and heard in the appropriate court in the State of California, Orange County.
