Sukut's projects are located in various counties throughout California.


What types of projects does Sukut work on?

Sukut handles a wide variety of projects, which include mass grading for residential and commercial properties, landslide stabilizations, golf courses and resorts, highways and roads, environmental cleanups, landfills, flood and storm water systems and public works.


What is the average size of a Sukut project?

Sukut has done projects of all sizes. However, projects typically have multi-million dollar budgets and range from 50 to 10,000 acres.


How much earth is typically moved on one of Sukut's projects?

On average, Sukut moves anywhere from 1 to 100 million cubic yards of earth per project and 25,000 to 150,000 cubic yards of earth per day. It is estimated that Sukut has mass graded over 1 billion cubic yards of earth since 1968.


Where is Sukut located?

Sukut's headquarters are located at 4010 W. Chandler Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92704. The San Diego office can be found at 2420 Vista Way Suite 115, Oceanside, CA 92054. Sukut can also be found at jobsites throughout California.

What are some of the technologies Sukut uses on projects?

Sukut has implemented state of the art technologies to complete its projects. This includes clean air engines on equipment, design/build construction, global positioning systems (GPS), laser grade control systems, earth moving 3-D computer modeling, ground freezing, geogrid, drainage systems and land contouring.

How do you pronounce Sukut?

Although we have heard many variations, Sukut is pronounced Sū-kut. The company is named after founder Myron Sukut who started the company in 1968.
