JOB SUMMARY:
Creates estimates, presents bids, and manages construction projects from the beginning to end, resulting in successful, profitable, and timely project completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Developing new business opportunities.
2. Establishing budget and project schedule in order to develop bids for new projects.
3. Conducting meetings, making formal presentations.
4. Overseeing project to completion, performing necessary duties which may include the writing of subcontracts and change orders, purchasing materials, obtaining permits and insurance, conducting meetings with staff and clients, monitoring work progress and safety, etc.
5. Maintaining organized and complete written records as required.
6. Other duties as assigned.

2. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and process improvement.

5. Solid written and verbal communication skills; proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.; strong interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to negotiate win-win resolutions to unique situations.
6. Sound economic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed and logical decisions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Engineering/Construction Management degree.
2. A minimum of four years? work experience reflecting the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
3. Any equivalent combination of acceptable education, training, and experience.
