Joe Philbin manages Sukut’s Riverside Office. Philbin concentrates locally and establishes long lasting relationships in this area. Growing into the Inland Empire region preserves Sukut’s small-company culture, personal attention and competitive edge our clients have come to know. He has managed 8 major projects for Sukut valued over $130 Million. Projects include the Pepperdine University Graduate Campus in Malibu, CA; Casino Ridge in Yoba Linda; and Dos Lagos in Corona.
Prior to joining Sukut, Philbin worked with the Sukut team as a project engineer on the joint venture Eastern Transportation Corridor 241/261 Toll Road.
