He has an outstanding record of successfully completing projects brought in on schedule and on budget during the past decade in San Diego including Rancho Cielo Estates, Miramar Landfill and Tijuana River Dump Site. Sukut’s exacting standards have driven the Santa Ana-based company to become the nation’s #1 landfill contractor, according to Engineering News Record (ENR), one of the nation’s leading engineering contractor publications.
Prior to joining Sukut, Mauldin worked with the Sukut team as an engineer on the joint venture Eastern Transportation Corridor 241/261 Toll Road.
