Sam Aiello is responsible for developing new business in mining construction in Americas largest western mining states including Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Wyoming.

- Served as the general superintendent at three Sukut divisions, including Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire
- Culls from experience at Sukut as apprentice heavy equipment operator grade checker, grading foreman, grading superintendent, and general superintendent
- Worked for Sukut since 1987, developing expertise in grading and construction of a large variety of types of projects including dams, transportation and residential
- Managed 22 field projects as general superintendent and supervised the moving of more than 58,000,000 cubic yards of earth with the opening of Los Angeles Division
- Oversaw the grading and construction of many prominent Sukut projects including the Eastern Transportation Corridor, Crystal Cove, Vista del Verde /Black Gold Golf Course, Murrieta Marketplace, Round Canyon Dam
