Jerry Pabbruwee’s expertise in mass grading technology and his skillful Sukut team of estimating and project management professionals leads the estimating efforts for the largest earth-moving projects for Sukut. As chief estimator, he reviews all projects and provides constructability consultation. He pioneered innovative land development solutions such as geogrid, slide stabilization, land freezing, computer modeling and laser and global positioning systems to assist with Sukut’s earth-moving efforts.
