Project Summary: Palmdale Water Reclamation Plant Stage Five Effluent Management Facilities Storage Reservoirs included the excavation and stockpile of excess excavation material; construction of 60 and 80 mil. high density polyethylene geomembrane-lined earthen embankments and reservoirs; shoring; grading; construction of roads and drainage.

Scope of Work & Percentage Self-Performed:
