Sukut Equipment, Inc. was founded in 1987. The company acquires and leases equipment and currently owns over 150 machines for heavy earthmoving. This includes scrapers, dozers, motor graders, rock trucks and excavators. The company's commitment to the environment is evident in its recent overhaul of over 70 earth movers with computerized electronic engines that cut emissions by half. Sukut Equipment, Inc. works closely with Sukut Construction, Inc. to provide equipment for mass grading projects and large water drainage structures and piping systems.

Chandler Real Properties, LP

Chandler Real Properties was founded in 1989 to acquire, improve, lease, operate and hold commercial, industrial and residential properties for investment. Properties currently held can be found throughout Southern California in the cities of Chino, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana and Riverside County.

Sukut Development, Inc.

Sukut Development, Inc. was founded in 1980. The company primarily handles land improvements and works on several of the properties for Chandler Real Properties.
