Sukut has completed 25 major landfill projects totaling $120 million, moved 1 Billion on cubic yards of earth, and installed more than 40 million square feet of Geogrid and slope liners. One of Sukut’s most remarkable landfill accomplishments involved the nation’s longest-burning tire fire (Tracy, Calif.) where more than seven million tires burned for two years, which Sukut extinguished in about two weeks. Sukut then safely disposed of the 50,000 cubic yards of contaminated materials.
