Methodology

Employees were asked to respond to 20 statements about their workplaces. The statements look to probe different aspects of the workplace experience. The 20 statements are grouped into these factors: Direction, Execution, Managers, Career, Conditions and Pay & Benefits

The rankings of the companies are calculated purely on the employees' responses to these 20 statements – so the results are truly based on employee feedback.
