Contractor/Developer Partnering Reduces Earthmoving Risks, Costs

Partnering with an experienced earthmoving contractor prior to tentative map approval can greatly reduce construction crisis for developers, according to industry analysts. This is the approach outlined recently by Sukut Construction, Inc., in a symposium sponsored by the Los Angeles Chapter of the Building Industry Association.
