Sukut Breaks Ground on a Vital Southern California Reservoir
SANTA ANA, CA July 24, 2009 (Vocus/PRWEB) -- Sukut Construction, Inc. has broken ground on a new $36 million reservoir to create an emergency backup water supply for 168,000 South Orange County families, according to project manager Jordan Sukut. Sukut Construction will build the reservoir under contract with the Santa Margarita Water District under the supervision of the California Department of Water Resources' Division of Safety of Dams.

SANTA ANA, CA 08/06/08 - Sukut Construction, Inc. has broken ground on a $5.9 million project to re-close the Jamestown Landfill. The contract award by the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors reflects Sukut's successful track record as the nation's top landfill contractor. This closure project is critical for Tuolumne County to comply with California requirements by the end of this year. Sukut, which has successfully completed more than 50 major landfill projects, including the closure of six major sites, has installed more than 40 million square feet of landfill liner, and has the proven expertise to get the job done.
